Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
Expected result: Editor is opened successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.23f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a12
