Editor crashes in NavMeshBuilder::CalculateTriangleData when model's import settings are changed while the NavMesh is baking
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (navMeshCrash.zip)
2. Open the "test" scene
3. In the Navigation window, Bake tab, press Bake
4. Select the untitled model in the Assets folder
5. Change Read/Write Enabled in the Inspector and press Apply
Expected: the Editor doesn't crash
