Editor crashes due to ReloadAssembly failure when opening project or recompiling scripts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open project attached to Case 986282
2. Wait for project to load
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b2, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.1.0f3
Note: Does not reproduce on .NET 4.6
Assertion errors:
metadata.c:915: assertion 'index < meta->heap_blob.size' failed
metadata.c:887: assertion 'index < meta->heap_strings.size' failed
