Editor crashes after opening up the project when there's a Shader Variant in the Assets folder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1254396-Project.zip"
2. Wait for the project to load
Expected result: Project is loaded
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.3.15f1, 2019.4.2f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.3.14f1
