Editor crash when using .NET 4.6 runtime
To reproduce:
1. Use Unity for a long period of time
2. Make sure that Scripting Runtime Version is set to Experimental (.NET 4.6. Equivalent)
Expected result: unity does not crash
Actual result: Unity crashes
Reproduced on: Unity which has .NET 4.6 implemented, which is 2017.x and up.

Latest issues
- Selecting “New Sub Scene” after assigning “New Scene” in Sub Scene Script Component throws “Destroying GameObjects immediately is not permitted” in the Console window
- Shader Graph "Zoom Step Size" can be set to 0 even though the zoom still works
- Enabling/Disabling the Deprecated Nodes doesn't apply to the opened Shader Graph unless any Variable is added to the Blackboard

Same on my rig. was working fine before changed to 4.6
