Artifacting on the reflection when the Coat Mask's value is greater than 0
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 'dlss-bug' project
2. Open the 'SSR Bug' Scene
3. In the Scene View observe the area of the interception of the Cube and the Sphere
Expected result: The Sphere's reflection is smooth
Actual result: The edgy artifact is noticeable on the Cube
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.9f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b8), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.3 (2021.2.8f1)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.29f1) (multiple Console errors)
