Edges of spotlight flicker the further from 0,0,0 world postion spotlight moves
Reproduction steps:
1) Open "case_800889_Repro" project
2) Open and build "spot test" scene for android
3) Using buttons on screen go as far as possible down the corridor
-- Notice that the edges of the light become more and more pixelated the further you go (see attached screenshot)

It is reproducible on Unity 5.6.5f1. Quite strange problem.

On infinite terrain, my car's spotlight flickering begins and being bigger as getting far from spawn point.
