Edge Collider 2D Edit mode exits after every edit made in Prefab Mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Edge.zip"
2. Open "Edge" Prefab in Prefab mode
3. Try to Edit Edge Collider
Expected result: You can make more that one edit.
Actual result: Editor quits Collider Edit mode after every edit.
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a6. 2018.3.7f1, 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8
Note: Cannot test on older versions as Improved Prefabs were introduced in 2018.3.0a6
