ECS DynamicBuffers created during Conversion throw an exception about deallocated NativeArrays
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Enter the Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1 (no ECS), 2018.3.14f1 (couldn't fix project dependencies)
Actual results: Exception errors appear in the console (see the screenshot below)
Expected results: no errors should appear
