[ECS] Crash in ThreadsafeLinearAllocator::Allocate when calling UnsafeUtulity.Malloc inside a Job
To reproduce:
1. Open the QA's attached project "UnsafeUtulity.Malloc Crash.zip"
2. Run the SampleScene and press the "Press me to crash" button
Editor crashes. It also crashed on Android, iOS, macOS, Linux, Windows Standalone.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.10f1, 2019.3.0b8, 2020.1.0a9
Not reproduced with 2017.4, 2018.4 due to incompatible packages
