[ECS] ArgumentNullException is thrown when using generics with IJobProcessComponentDataWithEntity or IJobProcessComponentData
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro_1083804"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Console
Actual: "ArgumentNullException: String reference not set to an instance of a String. Parameter name: s" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4 with 0.0.12-preview.21

Generics in IComponentData not officially supported. We are undecided currently on the future of support for these types of generics in components. Currently in discussion.
