Scaling with Pixel-Perfect causes stuttering
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open TestScenarioScalePixelPerfect scene
3. Press play
4. When Pixel Perfect is enabled on the Canvas, there's rather significant stuttering
5. Disable Pixel Perfect
6. Notice that when pixel perfect on the Canvas is disabled, the animation is pretty smooth
