Dynamic batching doesn't work on meshes respectively using Color and Color32 classes
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the scene in the project
2. Enter play mode
3. Observe Frame debugger
Actual: the two meshes are batched separately because one of them uses Color32 class, and another one is using Color class.
Expected: the two meshes are drawn in one dynamic batch since conversion between Color32 and Color can be done implicitly
Reproduced on: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3p4, 5.5.0p2, 5.6.0b2
