[DXR] GI lights are being raytraced in a closed dark room
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's project
2. Press Play
3. Move inside enclosed room using WASD
Expected result: The room is dark
Actual result: The room is lit
Reproducible with - 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a6 (HDRP 7.1.1)
Could not test with - 2019.2 and earlier (no DXR), 2020.1.0a13 (Unity crashes when entering the scene)
