[DX9|AMD] Black screen in scene/game view using HDR camera and Adaptive Reinhard tonemapping in light baked scene when on AMD GP
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open the scene '14_BlackScreenRepro2' in the "Scenes/Test" folder
3. Hit "play"
4. Rotate the camera along the positive Y axis.
Observe that the screen goes black ( as in the .gif I attached)
Note that this only happens when project's rendering path is set to deferred, but contrary to what the user says, this seems to happen on both linear and gamma color spaces (just in gamma it's much less visible, as the scene itself is darker). If the graphics API settings are switched to DX11, it doesn't reproduce. If they are afterwards switched back to DX9, it also doesn't reproduce.
The problem seems to only happen on AMD GPUs. Note that the camera preview still works fine after the game and scene views going black.
