[DX12] Editor crashes on OpenAdapter12 when exiting Play mode and Image Sharpening is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure Image Sharpening is enabled in the NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Create a new project
3. Change Graphics API to Directx12
4. Enter Play mode
5. Exit Play mode
-- Observe the crash
Reproduces on: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a18
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.25f1, 2019.3.0a1
