[DX12] Alt+Tab when fullscreen causes application to hang
Repro steps:
1. Build & run the attached project using DX11 or DX12
2. Toggle full screen using GUI button
3. Alt+tab to another window
4. Wait for couple of seconds
5. Alt+tab back to the application
6. See, that app does not respond
There is no information in the output.log
