I confirm, the issue is still present in 5.2.1f1

Not sure if it's the same issue or not, but using SetResolution on a standalone exe to resize the window does not update the screen or the GUI. On DX9 the GUI doesn't even render anymore.
Manually resizing the window works. Also 5.1.3 works!

Hey IMMU. I believe you may have confused 5.2.0p1 with 5.2.1 which is not currently out yet. It will be out shortly and does feature the fix. If the problem does still exist in 5.2.1 please let us know.
