duplicating prefabs children causes other prefabs children to change material
Steps to reproduce (or watch gif):
1. Open attached project "test08.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Select "Cube (1)/Sphere"
4. Add "red" material to it
5. Select "Cube/Sphere"
6. Press Ctrl+D
7. Select "Cube" and press Apply changes to prefab
8. "Cube (1)/Sphere" now has default material and "Cube (1)/Sphere (1)" has new red material
