Duplicating a baked light does not trigger light baking process
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Select "Point Light" and switch Mode to Baked and Shadow Type to Hard Shadows
3. Wait for the lights to be baked
4. Right click on the "Point Light" and duplicate it
5. Observe that light baking is not triggered
Expected result: Baking begins right after duplicating the light
Actual result: Once the duplicated light is moved, only then the baking begins
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1p2, 2017.2.0b11, 2017.3.0a7
