Dropdown stops working when parent canvas is disabled and reenabled in play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new project
2. Add UI/Dropdown to the scene
3. Press play
4. Check that dropdown is working
5. Disable and eneble canvas
6. Dropdown is not working
