"Draw Distance" of the Decal Projector functions as if the value were set to 1000 when the distance between the Camera and decal is greater than 1000
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “DecalDrawDistance.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ Scene
3. Select the “Main Camera“ GameObject
4. Deacrease the GameObject’s Z Position value to -1500
Expected result: The decal doesn’t fade away
Actual result: The decal fades away
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by reporter)
