DragPerformEvent is not called when files from the project folder are used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “drop_repro“ project
2. Open the custom window in Window → DropZoneTest
3. Open the Assets folder with the Windows OS file explorer
4. From the Assets folder, drag the “0.png“ file into DropZoneTest window and drop it
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: A message with “OnDragPerform“ is logged
Actual result: No messages are logged
Reproducible with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a11
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Mac 13.6.1
