Dragging and dropping Asset in the Inspector is taking upwards of 3 seconds everytime
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "DragAndDropSlow.zip" project
2. Select the "gc_main_bp_npcs_patients_human_male" Asset in the Project window
3. Drag and drop any Prefab in the Inspector window
Expected result: No lag when dragging and dropping an Asset
Actual result: 2-3 sec. lag when drag and dropping an Asset
Reproducible with: 2020.3.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0b12, 2021.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2019.4.22f1 (Due to multiple errors when downgrading)
