Dragging a prefab with a combination of multiple public nested [System.Serialized] and [System.NotSerialized] crashes Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Drag the "broken" prefab into the scene
Result: crash
Reproduced on 2018.3.0a6(new prefabs), 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproduced on 2018.3.0a1(old prefabs with coped over component values)
