Drag & dropping an image into the Unity Hub bug report window, loads up the image in entire Bug Report Window
Steps to repro:
1. Open Unity HUB -> Report a bug
2. Drag & drop an image into the Unity Hub Bug Report Window
Expected result: Either image is added to report or drag and dropping should be blocked
Actual result: Image loads up in entire UnityHub bug report window
