Drag and Drop causes the mouse to flicker as it moves
To reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Click and drag Camera or Directional Light (or any other draggable object)
Expected result: mouse should be steady and smooth
Actual result: Mouse flickers, disappears or changes its appearance for a frame
Reproduced on 5.4.3f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b1, 2017.1.0b3
Note: added an .mp4 video file of the mouse occasionally flickering
Note: flickering is the most prominent on computers with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 GPUs
