[DownloadAsstant] [Mac] Visual studio for Mac is always selected in components despite it's already installed
To repro:
0. Make sure you have Visual Studio for Mac installed (in /Applications/Visual Studio).
1. Run 2018.1.0a6 DownloadAssistant.
2. Proceed to Components step.
Actual result: Visual Studio for Mac is checked for installation.
Expected result: Visual Studio for Mac is not checked for installation.
