Downloading 3D Game kit breaks UI
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity launcher
2. Press Learn
3. Go to Tutorial Projects and locate 3D Game Kit
4. Press download
-Progress bar goes out of bounds breaking UI

I may have found a temporary solution to this. Instead of trying to download the gamekit through the launcher, simply open up the Asset Store tab inside Unity and download it from there. That worked for me after multiple tries using the Launcher and Chrome failed.
