Documentation page is not displayed for the user when he clicks on "Open Reference for SceneTemplateAsset" question mark



How to reproduce:
# Open any project from the HUB;
# Go to "File" menu and select "Save as Scene Template" sub-menu item;
# Click "Save" in "Save scene" popup;
# Sample Scene template details should be presented in the "Inspector" window;
# Click on question mark next to the scene template asset.

Expected Result: Documentation page with the data should be displayed for the user.
Actual Result: User gets "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!".

Reproducible with: 2021.3.2f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12.
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.0f1.

Note: On 2020.3.40f1 and 2021.3.0f1 question marks are not displayed at all. Would be good to have consistent view and on these streams
