Documentation links are missing 2023.3 index and re-direct to a non-existing page
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the toolbar select "Help"
3. When the sub-menu opens up select "Unity Manual" or "Scripting Reference"
4. Observe that opened page
Expected results: the user is redirected to the documentation page: [https://docs.unity3d.com/2023.2/Documentation/Manual/index.html]
Actual results: "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!" is shown on the page
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0b6
Notes: also reproducible when trying to open Profiler documentation
