DnsEndPoint throws AddressFamilyNotSupported under .net 4.6
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SampleScene.unity scene
3. Play the scene
4. Observe the error in Console:
AddressFamilyNotSupported error
Actual results: AddressFamilyNotSupported error is thrown
Expected results: Connection refused should be thrown
