Distributed PDB2MDB.EXE does not work for DLLs built with VS2015
pdb2mdb.exe tool that is shipped with Unity fails to create mdb files for libs created in VS 2015. Fails even for simplest DLLs. e.g. use attached testlib1.dll.
Workaround would be to use xamarian distributed tool for the purpose.
