Disabling Low Resolution Aspect Ratios on Retina display causes scaling problems in Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Scene "scene"
3. Uncheck Low Resolution Aspect Ratios in the ratio drop down menu of the Game Panel
Actual result: canvas does not scale with adjusted ratio setting
Expected result: the scaling matches high res aspect ratio
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0a4, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0b6
Not reproduced with: 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a3
