Directional Light Shadows are displayed just black or just white when changing the Light Strength
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "LightBug.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "Directional Light"
3. In the Inspector window change the "Strength" value
4. Observe the shadow in the Game window
Expected result: Shadow is changing slowly as the value changes
Actual result: Shadow is all black or no shadow at all
Reproducible with: 2020.3.20f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.23f1, 2021.1.28f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a13
Notes:
- Realtime Shadow color is not changing too

Will this fix be back ported to 2020, if so, when can we expect that to happen?
