[DeviceSimulator][CustomDevice] Device overlay is shaped incorrectly when image is missing for "overlayPath" field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to Preferences -> Device Simulator and set path to opened projects Assets/devices directory
3. Go to Device Simulator window and select one of "Motorola Moto G7 Power" (the one which not include overlay) from devices dropdown
(If issue does not reproduce, select "CustomDevice" or import CustomDevice file with missing file for "overlayPath" field)
Expected result: Overlay is drawn according to device shape
Actual result: Overlay frame is drawn incorrectly
Reproducible: 2020.2.0b7
