[Device Simulator] Slow Editor performance in Play Mode when Device Simulator and Timeline windows are open
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("Debug UI Perf.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("perfIssue")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the Device Simulator window
5. Open the Timeline window
6. Select the "Timeline" object in the Hierarchy
Expected results: Editor's performance remains the same
Actual results: Editor's performance drastically decreases
Reproducible with: 2019.3.1f1, 2020.1.0a23
Couldn't test up to 2019.3 (Package is not supported)
Reproducible with package versions: 2.0.0-preview
Couldn't test with older package version because of package errors after downgrade
Note: Issue does not reproduce when there is no active timeline being played in the timeline window

I'm still noticing a huge performance drop in Device Simulator 3.0.3-preview, Unity 2019.4.28f1. Any change of getting another look on this?

When interacting with the timeline window (for example dropping
the play head indicator around) the drop in performance is easily
noticeable on my system. Using the rofiler with Deep Profile gives the
