[Depth] Depth Position and Collision don't work properly when the VFX is in Local space and moved from the origin
Repro steps:
1. Open the attached package
2. Open the DepthLocalSpaceIssue scene
3. Open the DepthLocalSpace VFX
4. Change the VFX space from world to local
5. Observe the VFX's offset in the game/scene view
Expected outcome:
- The particles to spawn on the cube regardless of the VFX's space.
Note:
- affects also depth collision
- looks like old behavior and not a regression
