Reset functionality is not working for API Compatibility Level
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. File > Build Settings > Player Settings > Other Settings
3. Change API compatibility Level to .NET Standard 2.0(If it is set to .NET 4.x)
4. Click cogwheel icon > reset
Actual result: API Compatibility Level set to .NET Standard 2.0
Expected Result: API Compatibility Level doesn't set to .NET Standard 2.0
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0a14, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.5f1
Environment:
Mac 10.14 and Windows 10
