Deleting SteamVR package or Oculus Utilities and reimporting them causes a "MemoryStream is corrupt" crash
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Download "Oculus utilities for Unity" package
3. Delete Oculus related assets from the project
4. Import the package
Result: crash
Reproduced on 5.4.5f1, 5.5.3f1, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b2
Happens because deleting a native plugin in use. Will not be fixed.
