Deleting a Sub-State machine causes a crash
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In animator create new Sub-State Machine
3. Double click it
4. Double click (up) Base Layer
5. Right click New StateMachine 0
6. Click delete
7. Confirm pop-up
8. Crash
Reproduced it around 20-30 times. Each time it crashes after trying to execute
UnityEditor.Graphs/AnimationStateMachine/GraphGUI.cs Line: 513
It is somewhat inconsistent, sometimes it crashes, sometimes it does not. When it doesn't crash it provides an error:m_InstanceID == 0
UnityEditorInternal.StateMachine:RemoveStateMachine(StateMachine)
UnityEditor.GenericMenu:CatchMenu(Object, String[], Int32)
