[Forward] Point light lighting disappears on certain camera angles (Render Mode fallback)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached '958595_Stripped' project.
2. Focus Editor camera on 'Level-Part2/Torches/fi_vil_torch02_lit' game object.
3. Move Editor camera around this game object('Rep2' video attached).
- Lighting of this object will disappear.
Not reproducible when:
- Unrelated point light is disabled(Level-Part2/aestethicRooms/Room1/Interior/green_torch).
- Main camera Rendering Path is changed to Deferred.
- One of the lights is changed to Spotlight.
- Game/Scene view is upsized.

In one of my projects, I'm still using Unity 2017, and is a Mobile game, and I need to use Vertex Lights on the scenery but, the same you described is happening in project...
