[Deferred] Halo is visible through object if scene contains particle system and global fog image effect is used
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "835710.zip"
2. Open scene "BugRepro/Halo" and run it
3. Notice that halo is visible through opaque object
-Not reproducible when camera is in forward rendering path
-Not reproducible when scene doesn't contain particle system
-Not reproducible when camera doesn't have Global Fog effect attached
