Dedicated Server Platforms are disabled when Standalone Platforms are disabled in Plugin Platform settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “PlatformMutuallyInclusiveIusse” project
2. Select "Assets/Plugins/UnitySupport.Runtime.dll"
3. In the Inspector under the “Platform Settings” select the Standalone category
4. Disable the “Windows x86” Platform
5. Select the Dedicated Server category
Expected result: The "Windows x86" platform is enabled in the Dedicated Server tab
Actual result: The "Windows x86" platform is disabled in the Dedicated Server tab
Reproduced with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15
Reproduced on: macOS 13.6 (M1) (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
