[Oculus][Daydream][XR] White pixel artifacts shown when using Post Processing effects
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on Android device
3. Observe the Cube and different Post Processing effects
Expected result - No white pixels artifacts appear during the effects
Actual result - Small pixel artifacts can be seen during Bloom and Chromatic Abberation effects
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a2, 2018.3.0b2, 2018.2.0b1
Notes:
1. Doesn't happen with Cardboard
2. Happens with both Multi-Pass and Single-Pass
