”DateTimeNow” reports the wrong date on mobile devices when having a specific Time Zone

How to reproduce:
1. In the device settings, change Time Zone to Amsterdam
2. Build And Run the user’s attached “iOS_Clock_Issue.zip” project on a device
3. Observe the “DateTimeOffset.Now“ in logs

Expected result: Logged time is the same as in the device and “+2” is at the end
Actual result: Logged time is one hour early compared to the device and “+1” is at the end

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.0a8
