'd3d12: Profiler is enabled, but stable power state is not' is logged to the Console when opening project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Scene 05
Expected result: No d3d12 related messages are logged
Actual result: 'd3d12: Profiler is enabled, but stable power state is not. GPU timing errors are expected.' is logged to the Console
Reproducible with: 2020.3.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1 (crash when downgrading version)
Note:
1. There is a significant FPS difference in the Scene View between 2020.3.5f1 and 2021.1.4f1

Ah no it's crashing as well now on 2021.3.0f1. No real progress at all then...?

I'm getting it in 2021.3.0f1 with DXR enabled.
However this is the first version that hasn't crashed for me yet yet with DX12 enabled (GTX 1060 card). So progress then...? -
