CustomPropertyDrawer entries disappear when scrolling down
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project to OC
2. Select the scriptableObject 'InininCase_00'
3. Unfold all elements in the list
4. Scroll down
- Observe the disappearing entries
Expected result: CustomPropertyDrawer entries should not be disappearing
No reproduced in: 2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.0a5
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a4, 2018.2.16f1, 2017.4.15f1
