Custom UXML elements may not work in the player
Steps:
1) Using Unity 2020.1.b16 or 2020.2.a18
2) Open attached project
3) Build the "test" scene for standalone player
4) Observe error "Element 'WaynGroup.Mgm.Ability.UI.AbilityUIElement' has no registered factory method"
Expected: no error, elements appear correctly
