Custom package dependencies are not editable in the inspector in 2018.4
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project
2) In the project view, select Packages -> My package Sample -> package.json
Expected: An inspector shows a custom interface in which you can change the dependencies easily
Actual: It's showing only the content of the file
The feature was introduced in 2019.1.0a10 and never brought back into 2018.4
